Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Samaritan Solar website, quote request forms, proposal links and customer portal (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Samaritan Solar designs and installs residential solar energy systems. Proposals are prepared using satellite imagery, public permit records, utility rate data and the information you give us.

2. Proposals and savings estimates

Every figure in a proposal — system size, production, savings, incentives, financing payments and payback — is an estimate based on modeled data and current program rules. Estimates are not a guarantee of production or savings, are not tax advice, and are subject to a site survey, utility interconnection approval, permitting, credit approval and a signed installation agreement. Incentive amounts and tax credits change; confirm eligibility with your own tax advisor.

3. Your information

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are the homeowner, or authorized by the homeowner, for the property you enter.

4. Communications consent

When you submit a quote request you may consent to receive calls, text messages and emails about your proposal, including messages sent using automated technology. That consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or contacting us at the address above. 5. Proposal links and portal

Proposal links are personal to you. Do not share them; anyone with the link can view the proposal. We may expire a link at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, proposal documents, designs and software are owned by Samaritan Solar or its licensors. Satellite and street-level imagery is provided by third parties and remains their property.

7. No warranty

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that data sourced from public records or third-party providers is complete or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samaritan Solar is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing here limits obligations under a signed installation agreement.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
